Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us on +91 8087873543. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.


When you buy from, there is a rare chance that you would want to return the product because all the products are delivered directly from us to you since there is no third-party seller so you will receive exactly what you have ordered. Also, we always make sure that we pack your order well ensuring no damage would happen in transit. But still, if you decide to return a product, the following guidelines may help you,

You can return all items within 7 days of receipt of products. However, ensure that the product is unopened, unused and should have the original tags, packaging, and boxes intact.

Kindly note we are just a reseller of a product, our job is to source a product from a brand authorised importer/dealer, manufacturer and deliver it to you in a sound condition, any complaints such as the product quality, suitability, mixability are supposed to be resolved by that particular importer/ dealer or manufacturer. We will surely help you to reach them. In case an item or part of it is found damaged/ defective as per the description on our website or if the units are missing as per ordered quantity, we request you to send a picture of the packaging and products received to our customer care support at [email protected] or call us on 8087873543 within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Full Refunds Possible If:

you received a defective item; the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
